Who we are

Lush Emporiums is a small independent online retailer of beauty, hair, and self-care products. The business is based in Manvel, Texas, and began trading in July 2026. It is owned and operated by a single owner — there is no call center and no warehouse team; when you email us, you reach the person who runs the store.

How we source our products

We are a retailer, not a manufacturer. We do not make the products we sell. We select and stock items from third-party suppliers and manufacturers, and some products carry their original brand name — for example, the MANCODES BB Cream. Where a product carries the Lush Emporiums name, it means we selected and stocked it, not that we produced it.

Full ingredient lists for cosmetic products are printed on the product packaging. If you want to see an ingredient list before you order, email us and we will send it to you.

Shipping and returns

Every order within the United States ships free, with no minimum spend. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 6–8 business days in total. We currently ship within the United States only.

You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. We never charge a restocking fee. If an item arrives wrong, damaged, or defective, we cover return shipping. Full details are in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

About our reviews

We are a new store and we do not have customer reviews yet. We would rather show you nothing than show you reviews we did not earn. As real customers leave feedback, it will appear on our product pages through our review platform — unedited, including the critical ones.

What we promise

We will describe products accurately, quote delivery times we can actually meet, answer your email within 1–2 business days, and honor our return policy without argument. If we get something wrong, tell us at info@lushemporiums.com and we will make it right.
